Overview

This cloud app acts as a decision step on CDO program canvases. It determines which CDO records have been linked to an account and which have not.

Using the Has Linked Account Cloud App

Add the Has Linked Account cloud app to a CDO program canvas like any other decision step:

  1. Drag it out onto the canvas from the Program Steps > Decisions toolbar on the left side of the campaign or program canvas screen.

This cloud app does not need to be configured.

The Has Linked Account cloud app's action is simple. The app checks every CDO record that enters the decision step to see whether the CDO record is linked to an account or not:

  • CDO records that are linked to an account are sent down the Yes path.
  • CDO records that are not linked to an account are sent down the No path.
